All orders have a processing time of 12 to 48hrs regardless of shipping method selected. All transit times are counted in business days (Saturday-Thursday).
Please note: We do not process orders on weekends and on major holidays. Any orders placed at this time will continue processing the following day.

Outside Dhaka (2-3 business day) – May vary depending on size and Courier charge.
Processing cut-off time:
Dhaka Metro Next day – Order placed before 12.00pm will start processing on the same day. Order placed on or after 12.01pm will be processed on the next business day.
Outside Dhaka – Order placed before 03.00pm will start processing on the same day. Order placed on or after 03.01pm will be processed on the next business day.
If your item was damaged, missing or incorrect, you must inform us within 6 hours of packages delivery. Once your claim has been received, reviewed and approved, we will assist you with correcting the issue.
Cancelling and altering orders:
Orders may be edited up to 10minutes after being placed. Please inform us within 10minutes to make any changes. After that time, the order will be considered correct and final.
All return request must be made within 24hrs of receiving the products.
Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us to initiate a return request. Please provide as much information as possible including the Invoice number, full name, address, phone number, reason for the return. Please note we may request for you to send us photos and/or a video of damaged or defective products prior to sending the items back. We may also provide you troubleshooting steps, as it is required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees.
If the return is approved, you will receive further directions on shipping the item(s) back to us. Any return, store credit or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed. We do not provide refunds of any sorts.
Items once opened will not be eligible for return unless they have any manufacturing defect or functional problems.
For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept return on consumable items that has been opened and used. Consumable items include, but may not be limited to Strings, Pick, Maintenance kits/polish, leather straps, Clip-on tuners with Batteries, tube-amps, and any other items that falls into this category.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges for non-defective items.
Promotional items are considered as final sale. Promotional items are not eligible for return unless found defective.
